The DRVR Guarantee is our commitment to quality and sustainability. If your DRVR hat gets crushed, creased, or loses its shape, send it back to us — we’ll restore it to its original form or replace it with a comparable style.
How do I start a warranty or restoration request?
Simply visit our Warranty & Returns page and submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to send your hat back to our facility.
What happens after I send my hat in?
Our restoration specialists inspect, clean, and reshape your hat using professional equipment and custom molds designed for each profile. If your hat can’t be restored, we’ll replace it and responsibly recycle the original.
Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear?
Yes — our guarantee is specifically designed to address shape loss, creasing, and general wear that comes from everyday use. Damage from improper washing or intentional alteration is not covered.
How long does the process take?
Most restorations are completed and shipped back within 10–14 business days from the time we receive your hat.
How many times can I use the guarantee?
Each DRVR hat is eligible for one restoration or replacement under The DRVR Guarantee.
